There’s something special about bringing wedding professionals together—not just to network, but to celebrate the creativity, passion, and collaboration that make unforgettable wedding days possible.
This summer, wedding professionals gathered at Chateau 1800, planned by yours truly, Elegant Savannah Weddings, & hosted by Wed Society Savannah, for a memorable vendor meet-up filled with connection, conversation, inspiration, and plenty of excitement for the wedding season ahead.
Bringing the Wedding Community Together
The wedding industry is built on collaboration. From photographers, videographers, and florists to planners, caterers, DJs, bakers, beauty professionals, and venues, every wedding brings together a talented team of people working toward the same goal: creating a meaningful and memorable experience for couples and their guests.
The summer vendor meet-up at Chateau 1800 offered a wonderful opportunity for local wedding professionals to step away from the busy pace of wedding season and spend time getting to know one another, sharing ideas, and strengthening relationships.
A Beautiful Setting for Connection
Chateau 1800 provided the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of gathering and inspiration. With its elegant atmosphere and romantic setting, the venue naturally created an environment where conversations flowed and connections were made.
Events like this are about more than simply exchanging business cards. They’re an opportunity to put faces to names, discover the talents of fellow vendors, learn more about the services they offer, and build relationships that can continue long after the event is over.

Sweetfield Flowers by McKenzie Lynah provided the most beautiful arches & table scapes one could ever dream of and transformed the space with the most beautiful blooms.
Amia Marcell Photography captured the event and curated a stunning gallery that captured all the fun and little details!
Bride's Sidea Beauty came in with their magical brushes for Hair and Make Up!
Cesar with Versamix Music did not disappoint with his music selection and creating the most wonderful vibe!
Cha Bella masterly prepared the most incredible menu one could ask for.
Formosa Bar kept the champagne and signature drinks flowing through the evening!
Savi Gelato was the perfect addition to this summer event with their delicious sweet treats!
