Full Wedding Planning is for the busy individual who seeks a personal wedding assistant. With Full Wedding Planning, your planner is with you from start to finish, engagement day to wedding day. All phone calls and emails are unlimited. Planners assist with venue & vendor selection & provide professional vendor referrals as well as schedule & attend all venue & vendor meetings. Included (but not limited to) in our Full Wedding Planning Package: design, mood board creation, budget management, hotel block & guest experience assistance, Save the Date & invitation assistance, wedding weekend itinerary, detailed floor plans, transportation assistance, unlimited time for rehearsal ceremony coordination, one planner available for all weekend activities, and a 16-hour wedding day management including full day wedding coordination (with 2 professional planners) of all vendors & venue and setting up & breaking down. Partial Planning:
We’ll Work Together
Partial Planning is perfect for the organized individual who has planned some of the wedding themselves and mainly require assistance with the final details and on the day of the wedding. A Partial Planner is a professional who is there to help finalize the details & make sure your last few months of planning (as well as the Wedding Day itself) go off without a hitch! Included (but not limited to) in our Partial Planning Package: finalizing & confirming vendors, final walk through of venue, confirming final details with event professionals (such as florals & menus), wedding day timeline creation, layout creation, rehearsal ceremony coordination, & a 12-hour wedding day management including full day wedding coordination of all vendors & venue and setting up & breaking down with 2 professional coordinators.
