Reach out to us!
You reach out to us, we send you a brief introductory email & our wedding planning packages & then we schedule an initial phone call (free consultation). The first phone call will be with either Mark or Meg, owners of ESW.

Get to know us!
Also on the phone call, you get to know us! We dive deep into how we got into the wedding industry, our experience, our education & introduce you to our one-of-a-kind colleagues Emilie & Trish.

Meet in person!
We are happy to meet in person before you book us! Just let us know if this is your preference & we will schedule it!

Phone Call!
On the phone call, we get to know you, we basically become besties! Then we move on to wedding stuff - your desired date, anticipated guest count, vision, budget, etc. Feel free to ask as many questions as you would like during this phone call!

Pick a Package!
We offer 3 wedding planning packages that are bound to fit every client's need but don't worry, if you require a specialized package, we are happy to create one just for you!
